Theresa Payton is a pioneering force in cybersecurity and technological innovation. As the first female White House Chief Information Officer for President George W. Bush and current CEO of Fortalice Solutions, she's at the forefront of protecting organizations against emerging cyber threats. Her expertise in advising companies on secured digital transformation efforts makes her one of the most influential voices in digital security today.
Theresa Payton, recipient of the FBI Director's Community Leadership Award and various other awards, brings a wealth of real-world experience from government service and private sector leadership to her role. She is the co-author of two books and author of ‘Manipulated: Inside the Cyberwar to Hijack Elections and Distort the Truth,' which was recognized as a Top 10 must read books in Cybercrime by The Guardian.
As the CEO of Fortalice Solutions, which was named to ‘The Global Hot 150 Cybersecurity Companies’ list by Cybercrime Magazine she advises companies and individuals. She also serves on the Paychex and SMBC Group boards, is a fellow at UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce, and is on the Board of Trustees at Immaculata University.
