Tina Jones is the global head of Human Resources at Cadence, leader of the company’s social impact efforts, including the Giving Foundation, and executive sponsor of Women@Cadence. She is fiercely proud of the company’s culture and the recognition it has received, notably as a Top 10 company on both Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list and World's Best Workplaces list. In addition, Cadence has been featured as a Most Loved Company by Newsweek, an America’s Best Employer by Forbes, and a Company That Cares by PEOPLE. Tina has been instrumental in the company’s phenomenal growth, now operating in 25 countries with over 13,000 employees, and its business success, making it one of the top 10 best performing companies in the NASDAQ 100 and S&P 500 over the last decade.  

Tina also serves on the Board of Directors of tech unicorn Visier, and as Chair of their Compensation Committee. She received her bachelor's degree from Stanford University and her Graduate degree from UCLA Law School, after which she clerked on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and then worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher before joining Cadence.
