Job Summary:

The ATM Service Representative will oversee operation of the banks automated teller machines (ATMs) including installation, maintenance, and removal of machines.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May oversee some maintenance operations and technicians.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates installation, maintenance, and removal of ATM machines.
• Schedules services from outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Alerts affected bank staff and departments of expected downtime and service interruptions.
• Ensures that instructions and signs are properly located near machines.
• Provides user training to bank staff to ensure their familiarity with machines and ability to assist customers.
• Integrates machines acquired from other banks (e.g., through mergers) into the banks ATM system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Extensive knowledge of automated teller machines and applicable software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency required; Associates degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in ATM operations required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to perform the physical aspects of repairing a machine including lifting up to 25 pounds at a time.
