Melissa Daimler helps leaders design, operationalize, and scale their culture. She currently serves as the chief learning officer for Udemy. She is a trusted learning advisor, developing learning strategies for both customers and employees. Melissa brings over two decades of experience across learning and organizational development leading these functions at Adobe, Twitter, WeWork, and now Udemy. She was one of the first coaches to be certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She is an enthusiastic contributor to the body of work exploring organizational culture and learning. She speaks and writes broadly including for the Harvard Business Review (HBR), Fast Company, Forbes, and Fortune. Melissa graduated from the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School with a MS in Organizational Development and the author of ReCulturing: Design Your Company Culture to Connect with Strategy and Purpose for Lasting Success.
