SHRMLabs Launches Accelerator Program for Technology Startups focused on HR
This inaugural SHRMLabs WorkplaceTech Accelerator is the premier global Accelerator for the Future of Work
Alexandria, Va. — Today, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), through SHRMLabs, launched its inaugural workplace technology accelerator program. Applications will be accepted through February 21, 2022.
The WorkplaceTech Accelerator is the world's only HR tech accelerator program backed by a network of more than 300,000 HR and business executive members across 165 countries. The accelerator program is an inaugural 8-week virtual program that is designed to scale up early-stage, growth driven startups dedicated to elevating HR and solving today's most pressing workplace challenges.

The WorkplaceTech Accelerator offers each company:
- A carefully matched advisory council of HR and business experts
- Curated research data that supports the startup's product development, roadmap and pitch
- A curriculum where startups will walk away with tangible best practices
- Exposure to HR, business, innovation and investor audiences
- An initial $120,000 equity investment from SHRM, and up to $500,000 of follow-on capital if certain milestones are met
- Access to $1 million in perks
