All regular full-time and part-time employees are assigned a parking space and issued a parking permit placard or sticker by [Company Name] upon hire. After the initial day of employment, employees are not permitted to park in visitor parking at any time.
All employees shall display their parking permit properly when parked in [Company Name]'s parking lot. The parking permit must be displayed on the rearview mirror with the number side out. Motorcycles will be issued a sticker to place on the front fork.
If a vehicle does not properly display a permit or is inappropriately parked, an announcement will be made via company email, intranet posting or other appropriate means of communication identifying the license plate number and the needed corrective action. Bicycle Racks
Bicycle racks are located in the back of the building as well as in the covered parking garage. Employees who ride a bike to work are encouraged to lock the bike to the rack. [Company Name] will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged bicycles while on company property.
Employees with Disabilities
Specific parking stalls are reserved in some lots for individuals with disabilities and are marked by signs. When a motor vehicle with a special license plate or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles that is being operated by, or used for the transportation of, a person with a disability, this motor vehicle may park in any space which is clearly marked as being reserved for individuals with disabilities.
