Job Summary:
The Office Supervisor will manage the organizations clerical and administrative support staff, coordinating operation of the clerical department and services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new clerical staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms and reports.
- Composes, prepares, reviews, and distributes various documents.
- Assists with financial records and files such as reimbursement and expense vouchers.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
- Schedules meetings and daily operations.
- Makes travel arrangements and reservations.
- Participates in budget preparation and administration.
- Evaluates and implements policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of progressively responsible clerical experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
