Paula Faris
Paula Faris is the founder and leader of CARRY Media™, an organization that advocates for moms in the workforce. She is an award winning journalist, speaker and best-selling author, most recently penning ‘You Don’t Have To CARRY It All: Ditch The Mom Guilt and Find a Better Way Forward” and ‘Who Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up”. She also hosts The Paula Faris Show, a weekly podcast that talks about the hot topics parents are talking about, from work-life balance, to raising kids, to relationships.
With over two decades in broadcast television, Paula started her career with TV affiliates in Chicago, Cincinnati, and Dayton, cutting her teeth behind the scenes by shooting, editing, and producing. She then spent nine years at ABC News where she co-anchored Good Morning America Weekend, co-hosted The View, and launched the podcast, Journeys Of Faith with Paula Faris. She has reported on everything from politics, news, and entertainment to sports and faith, interviewing the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Tiger Woods, Kellyanne Conway, Bob Iger and now-president Joe Biden.
Paula runs CARRY™ from South Carolina while enjoying a quiet life with her husband John and their three children. Outside of work and family, Paula is actively involved with Boys & Girls Clubs of America as a Trustee.
