SHRM Advanced Human Resource Management Program
The SHRM Advanced Diploma in HRM is offered in South-East Asia, a fast-growing region with increasing demand for trained HR professionals. Offered via our esteemed SHRM Educational Partners based in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, the diploma is similar to the SHRM Advanced Certificate offered in India and Middle East, with additional hours and test requirements to meet the development needs of the HR profession in the region.
Candidates are expected to complete 8 modules with a total 128 to 168 hours of lessons, delivered in English by our team of SHRM Associate Trainers who are SHRM-SCP with at least 10 years of HR experience. Each module is developed based on our SHRM BASK ( Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge), covering the following domain areas.

- HR Analytics
- Talent Management
- Learning & Development
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Total Rewards
- Employee Engagement
To be awarded the diploma, each candidate must have at least 75% of attendance for each module, and obtains a 70% pass on an assessment for each module.
