Steve Knox
Steve Knox is Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Dayforce. He brings more than 20 years of recruitment expertise at global firms including TD Bank Group and GE and a breadth of experience setting talent acquisition strategies and building out recruitment operations and capabilities. In his current role, Knox is responsible for the enterprise talent acquisition (TA) strategy and delivery for all roles across the organization from early talent to executive hires. Leading a diverse global team from Minneapolis to Montreal to Mauritius, the TA team partners directly with the business to proactively source for the future talent needs of Dayforce. Knox has been dedicated to the recruitment function for the last 25 years and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and seminars focused on the talent attraction space.

Jennifer Akoma
Jennifer Akoma, SPHR is Head of People and Stewardship at Android Industries. Akoma has over 23 years of experience in the human resources field. Prior to this role, Akoma held positions at Airfoil Group as Vice President, overseeing HR operations for a marketing communications firm and at New World Systems as a Human Resources Coordinator. She began her career at Staffing Services of Michigan Ltd. as a Placement Specialist. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management and strategic planning. Akoma has obtained certifications including the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
