He is responsible for the employee experience for 100,000 employees globally, including their upskilling, advancement and empowerment within a high-performance culture in support of the company’s transformation to the leading global commercial building solutions provider.
Maryjo Charbonnier is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kyndryl, the world's largest provider of IT infrastructure services and one of the largest startups in corporate history. Charbonnier is leading Kyndryl’s culture transformation and the massive renovation of all HR systems and processes to support the company’s nearly 80,000 people to advance their skills and careers as they deliver for customers
Piyush Mehta is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Country Manager for India at Genpact Limited, which has a global workforce of more than 125,000 employees helping companies around the world transform with Data-Tech-AI. Mehta leads Genpact’s global Human Resources function, playing an integral role in the company’s ongoing journey to be an employer of choice.
