Rebecca is leading the effort to reinvigorate SHRM’s Toolkits, How-to Guides, and all the other content that is exclusive to SHRM members. She’s new to the HR field but has had an extensive career in content creation and management, content strategy, and managing people. She previously worked for WAMU 88.5 and DCist, where she led the arts and food sections, and as the hospitality and retail reporter at the Washington Business Journal, among other roles. Her journalism jobs over the years brought her to Vienna, Paris, and London and to interviews with CEOs and more than one Cabinet secretary. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two terriers.
