Senior Legal Editor at SHRM
Leah Shepherd is the senior legal editor for SHRM. She’s been covering employment law and employee benefits for 18 years. Prior to joining SHRM, she was the managing editor for Employee Benefit News. She is the co-author of “The Three R’s of Employee Benefits.” She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two sons.
