Barbara “Bobbie” Ibarra has over 35 years of senior executive management experience in the government, corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. Her range of experience includes serving as the National Director of Civil Rights in the US Department of Transportation, as the Executive Director of Miami Homes For All, a non-profit philanthropic organization advocating for those experiencing homelessness in Miami-Dade County, as founding President of the non-profit organization in Miami responsible for over 5,000 children in the child welfare system, and as a Senior Vice President of Citibank, Florida. Bobbie has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Temple University and has been a SHRM Member® since 1988. She has been certified as a senior human resource professional since 2008 and was an Instructor for SHRM courses at Miami Dade College for eleven years. She has served on various national, state, and local boards and has been a recipient of numerous recognitions.
