SHRMLabs Announces Inaugural Cohort for its Workplace Tech Accelerator

Alexandria, Va.—Today, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM),opens in a new tab through its SHRMLabs, announced the 2022 inaugural cohort members of its WorkplaceTech Accelerator program.
The WorkplaceTech Acceleratoropens in a new tab is the world's only HR tech accelerator program backed by a network of more than 300,000 HR and business executive members across 165 countries. The accelerator program is an inaugural eight-week virtual program that is designed to scale up early-stage, growth driven startups dedicated to elevating HR and solving today's most pressing workplace challenges.

Major League Hacking, as the world's top developer community, uses the behavioral insights of 500,000+ community members to build a diverse pipeline of tech talent with the hard and soft skills required to close a company's skills gap.
PERKSopens in a new tab is the first global employee support marketplace and operating system made for distributed teams.
unboXt is a data software company that helps organizations understand, define and optimize their teams. Its platform uncovers employees' personal motivators to enable a deeper relationship between managers and their teams.
Mainstay engages with candidates and employees through two-way text messaging. Utilizing behavioral science-backed conversational design, it delivers proactive nudges to guide and support workers to positive outcomes. In the reverse direction, workers can ask questions at any time, in any language, and get the support they need through their AI-powered knowledge base or automated escalation to the appropriate HR resource.
Humaxa provides an anonymous digital assistant that chats with employees about the tricky stuff, such as stalled-out job growth, implicit bias or struggles with mental health; and offers immediate solutions, right in the flow of work. These solutions include group discussions, mentoring, wellness exercises, collaborative goal setting, leadership basics training and beyond.
