Dr. Khalil Gatlin was raised in Perry, Georgia via Brooklyn, New York. Khalil served in the United States Air Force (1996 – 2021). Assigned to Air Force Personnel Career Field, led all Human Resource components as well as professional development for assigned personnel. In a partnership with SHRM and Dynamic Advancement, Khalil was instrumental in developing the curriculum for the SHRM Essentials of Human Resources seminar.
Dr. Gatlin received a doctorate (Magna Cum Laude) in Business Administration from California Southern University. He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
Currently a member of the San Antonio, Chamber of Commerce, Professional Member SHRM, National Doctoral Business Administration Society and Board of Directors, Spirit of the Game.
The distinctive accomplishments of Mr. Gatlin led to his being awarded the Air Force Meritorious Medal.
