Jane Lewis has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. She has held senior-level human resource positions in a variety of industries including healthcare and financial services and served in a generalist role in retail, construction, and manufacturing. Jane was also a partner in the consulting company, Creative Learning Works which served clients in the entertainment, transportation, government, and high-tech industries.
Currently, Jane works in the Organizational Effectiveness area of the corporate Human Resources Department for HCA as well as serving as the enterprise practice leader in Employee Engagement. Her areas of expertise include development of competency models, employee and customer engagement strategies, and design of training curriculum for supervisors and managers.
Jane has been a SHRM Seminar Instructor for over 10 years teaching a variety of programs.
