Susan Stowell – VP, Absence Management Offering
Susan joined Unum in 2014 as the Assistant Vice President, Healthcare Segment Leader. In 2019, she was promoted to Vice President of Solutions Product Strategy, where she drives the strategic vision for new enhancements to Unum’s leave and absence portfolio and leads the go to market efforts. Prior to joining Unum, she was a senior healthcare executive at Stroudwater Associates, where she led the Physician-Hospital Alignment Practice and worked closely with hospital executives and their Board of Directors to provide strategic, operational, and financial consulting services. Susan is a graduate of Princeton University and earned her MBA at the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. She currently resides in Falmouth, ME.
Kelsy Holliday-Schiavon- Director, Expanded Solutions, Unum
Kelsy Holliday-Schiavon is a Director in the Expanded Services department at Unum. She has 13 years of experience in disability management and leave of absence with a particular focus on corporate and statutory paid leave. She has worked with many Unum integrated products, including LTD, STD, Leave, ADA and Paid Leave programs. One of the responsibilities of her current role includes leading a team to plan for and implement Unum statutory paid leave offerings.
Debra Watson - HR Program Consultant, Lamar Advertising
Debra Watson is currently an HR Program Consultant, SPHR, for Lamar Advertising, a company providing out-of-home advertising space for clients on Billboards, Digital, Airport Displays, Transit and Highway Logo Signs. Debra has been with Lamar for 23 years in the Human Resources Department, with 15 years of previous experience in the healthcare industry in Human Resources.
