Kaleb Unverfehrt is the Vice President of Enrollment Strategy and Solutions for Colonial Life. He oversees client enrollment positioning and fulfillment across both the Unum and Colonial Life brands. His team focuses on ensuring that the right processes, tools and talent are aligned to deliver quality benefits education and engagement experiences to workers via the nearly 50,000 enrollment events Colonial Life supports annually. Outside of work, Unverfehrt serves on the Board of Directors at Transitions, a non-profit focused on ending homelessness in South Carolina. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in international business from the University of South Carolina.

Wendra Johnson is Vice President, HR Technology at Unum Group. Her expertise in pairing SaaS benefits and HR technology with organizations, leading teams to deliver on a full spectrum of hire to retire experiences and educating on market trends, has been the essential ingredient to driving innovation in benefits enrollment solutions and transforming the HR digital landscape. Johnson is responsible for launching and scaling solutions for both Unum and Colonial Life’s small and core business markets. With deep experience in human capital management (HCM) solutions and technology, her extensive career has spanned industries that include benefits, healthcare, staffing and manufacturing.
