SHRM hosted a webinar on March 5 reflecting on the first 50 days of President Donald Trump’s second term. Emily M. Dickens, J.D., SHRM’s chief of staff, head of government affairs, and corporate secretary, moderated the conversation. Dickens was joined by former Reps. Cheri Bustos, D-Ill., and Rodney Davis, R-Ill. The panel discussed the president’s joint address to Congress, executive orders, and other policies impacting the workplace.
