SHRMTech 2023 Invites Tomer London Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Gusto to Discuss Building Tech for HR
Serena Huang of PayPal and Jason Averbook of Leapgen will join London to speak on workplace tech and how HR can lead change
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Today, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) announced the expansion of its SHRMTech 2023 conference series to the United States. SHRMTech 2023 will explore how technology impacts the workplace and how HR professionals can have a seat at the table to bring these innovations into their organizations. After occurring in India for the past two years, the SHRMTech 2023 Conference & Expo will take place in person at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco on March 7-8, 2023.
“There’s no better place to host the first U.S. SHRMTech conference in the heart of all things technology: Silicon Valley,” said Guillermo Corea, managing director of SHRMLabs. “This conference will show our HR audience how to be a thought leader in workplace innovation and improve the day-to-day of their workplaces.”
SHRMTech 2023 will equip HR attendees to be more tech-savvy and confident so they can advance digital transformation in their respective industries. And conference speaker Tomer London is no stranger to workplace innovation. As the co-founder and chief product officer of Gusto, London oversees the development and execution of Gusto’s product road map, including new Gusto platforms such as Gusto Embedded. Gusto helps hundreds of thousands of growing businesses onboard, pay, insure and support their hard-working teams with payroll, benefits and HR. The workplace and world of work are constantly changing, and Gusto builds critical HR tools and services to help navigate those changes.
"The last few years have dramatically changed how and where we work—and technology has played a critical role in enabling that," London said. "HR has been there every step of the way, a key partner to implementing innovative tech in the workplace at scale. I'm excited to talk more about this—and building for the future—at SHRMTech."
In addition to London’s session on building workplace technology on Wednesday, March 8, attendees can attend sessions on ethical artificial intelligence, disruptive technologies, data visualization and mental health technology.
