Panel of C-Suite Women to Present Workplace Civility Strategies During SHRM INCLUSION 2023
Executives from Google, Cisco and Krispy Kreme will join SHRM CHRO Jim Link for a panel discussion
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — SHRM is delighted to announce that Melonie Parker, VP and chief diversity officer at Google; Gloria Goins, chief DE&I officer at Cisco; and Marissa Andrada, board director for Krispy Kreme, will join our SHRM INCLUSION attendees for a Main Stage panel discussion in Savannah, Ga., on Oct. 31.
The panel, “Turning Divisiveness into Inclusiveness, Focusing on Civility and Honest Conversations,” will be moderated by SHRM’s chief human resources officer, Jim Link, SHRM-SCP. INCLUSION 2023 will be held at the Savannah Convention Center Oct. 29 to Nov. 1. Those unable to attend in person can still register for virtual passes.

For over 22 years, Gloria Goins has been tapped to launch new employee and business strategies to reach and acquire underserved customers at Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Gloria was the head of inclusion, diversity and equity for Sales, Marketing and Global Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to her role at AWS, Gloria served as the head of health equity and business development at Amazon Pharmacy.
Marissa Andrada is a master of activating organizational hypergrowth and turnaround through the transformation and creation of dynamic, diverse and inclusive cultures. With over 25 years of experience integrating people and leadership capability into the foundation of business strategies, she has energized brands to codify their purpose and values while accelerating company growth and industrywide change, inspiring a movement for employee well-being and opportunity. She has been the key catalyst in transforming cultures and driving performance at a multitude of consumer brands, most recently as the first chief people officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
