Eduardo Celis
Eduardo Celis is a talent acquisition professional at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), a premier nuclear research facility within the U.S. Department of Energy. He is a proud first-generation professional whose early exposure to human resources ignited his passion for recruitment and led him to his current role, where he has worked over the last two years to help source the next generation of engineers and researchers for INL.
Eduardo’s journey in HR began during his undergraduate years at the University of Idaho, where he interned at the Career Services office. There, he honed his skills in screening resumes, conducting mock interviews, and organizing job fairs.
Eduardo is ecstatic to continue exploring the world of HR through the SHRM Foundation’s HR Tomorrow Leadership Program. This program presents an exciting opportunity for him to connect with fellow HR professionals, deepen his knowledge of industry best practices, and contribute to the advancement of the field. He looks forward to leveraging this experience to further drive innovation and excellence in talent acquisition and development.
Eduardo received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho. In August 2022, he successfully completed his Master of Science in Adult Organizational Learning & Leadership with a certificate in Human Resources Development, also from the University of Idaho.
