Denise has over 20+ years of data analytics, problem solving and technology expertise for call centers and customer care services. She is a leading contributor to innovation and process improvement for optimizing call centers technology and works closely with IT, operations teams, finance team, contracts and data reporting to align systems with organizational goals to enhance user experience. She holds a BA degree in Administration with a Concentration in Administration Management. Denise enjoys spending time with family, friends and volunteer projects serving the community.
