New SHRM Employment Law & Compliance Conference to Explore Legal Issues in the Workplace

ALEXANDRIA, Va.— Over 600 members of the HR, business and employment community will convene virtually for SHRM's (the Society for Human Resource Management) inaugural Employment Law & Compliance Conference (ELCC). Taking place April 6-7, the event will help attendees gain insights and provide tools and resources to successfully anticipate and navigate employment laws, stay compliant and mitigate legal risks.
Urgent workplace issues, such as changing leave laws, workers compensation claims, workplace harassment and emerging technologies, will be focal points of SHRM's ELCC. Sessions are designed to help organizations stay compliant and up-to-date on pressing topics amid a changing workplace landscape, including:
