Human Capital Analytics is about understanding the power of Human Capital to transform businesses by applying simple logic, and not just numbers.
It is imperative of HR departments of today to have hands-on knowledge and experience on tools to deliver data –driven decisions at organizations. This Advanced level workshop will help participants gain the necessary skills and tools to make the transition to predictive analytics and deliver actionable business solutions using HC Analytics.
Participants will be able to apply HR Analytics for strategic decision making. They will also be able to aid in creating or enhancing a strategic analytics roadmap for HR in their organization.
