Organization has articulated its Vision, Mission, and Values. It was in the process of restructuring itself in line with the recommendations provided by SHRM India.
SHRM Approach
- HR Audit report: All the primary functions within HR department were audited through interviews with key personnel as well as extensive review and observations of existing policies and procedures on ground. A comprehensive report along with recommendations were provided.
- KPI’s: As a part of the audit recommendations, all the KPI’s across levels and employees were redone and designed to reflect their competencies and job role
- Reward and Recognition scheme: Specific R & R schemes were designed at organizational, team, individual levels detailing out the objective, eligibility, criteria and type of award. This was designed through a robust methodology of identifying the core business objectives as well as identifying the employee behaviours which promote core values & help in achieving business objectives
