Towards commitment and engagement efforts for their customers in the age group of 22-30, the company has decided to launch a comprehensive knowledge repository to provide guidance in their careers. The company approached SHRM to provide relevant content for their microsite on a monthly basis.

• FAQ document on Career Management: A comprehensive FAQ document was designed on various topics under career management. This document was made available to all their customers 
• Quarterly as well as monthly themes and topics were pre-decided and relevant content pieces were developed accordingly
