Job Summary:
The Telemarketing Manager will lead and oversee the Telemarketing division in the selling of products to a list of qualified prospects.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains telemarketers.
- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Sales Manager to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by telemarketing team.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least three years of successful telemarketing experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
