SHRM Foundation Announces New Board Members
The SHRM Foundation announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors, contributing to advance the SHRM Foundation’s mission of mobilizing HR as a force for social good.
ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Today, the SHRM Foundation announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors. Effective January 1, 2025, these leaders will serve a three-year term, contributing their expertise to advance the SHRM Foundation’s mission of mobilizing HR as a force for social good.
Melissa Anderson is the Executive Vice President and Chief People and Transformation Officer for Albermarle. Anderson is responsible for strategic marketing initiatives and transformational efforts within the company, while overseeing all aspects of human resources, inclusive of talent, total rewards, culture, and the foundation.
Aimee D. Peoples Esq., serves as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism at the National Partnership for Women & Families in Washington, D.C. As the first person to hold this pivotal role, Peoples’ work is focused on taking intentional and significant steps to transform the National Partnership to live its values both internally and externally, with the goal of creating a more inclusive and equitable society.
Conor Grennan is Chief AI Architect at NYU Stern School of Business, where he builds generative AI fluency across the institution, including MBAs, faculty and administration. Outside of NYU, Grennan is the CEO and Founder of AI Mindset, an AI consulting company that trains professionals, leaders, and organizations on a new and effective framework for generative AI.
