Mike Clementi is the former Vice President of HR for Unilever North America and Global Customer Development, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and diversity initiatives. Under his leadership, Unilever was recognized as a top employer for LGBTQ+ equality, working parents, and inclusive workplace culture.
With over 30 years of HR experience, Clementi has since led HR transformation efforts at PetVet (a KKR portfolio company) and now serves as the Global CHRO at ChangeBridge People Solutions, where he helps organizations drive change, optimize talent strategies, and build high-performing cultures.
