Chasity Adkins, SHRM-SCP, is the owner of Our Vision is You, LLC. She holds her SHRM-SCP, People Manager Qualification (PMQ), and Inclusive Work Specialty Credential. She earned a bachelor's degree in History-Political Science from Virginia Union University. Additionally, she has two master's degrees: an MBA in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master's in Human Resources and Law from Regent University.
Chasity has experience across various functions of human resources, including onboarding, talent management, and employee relations. Currently, she serves as a Human Resources Business Partner in a healthcare organization. In this role, she assists with employee relations, ADA accommodations, strategic planning, and performance management.
Chasity is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
