With programs that range from one-time virtual career mentoring events to a comprehensive three-month coaching program, SHRM mentorship prepares you for the workplace.

4-WEEK COMMITMENT
HR Talent Accelerator
The HR Talent Accelerator is a four-week, member-exclusive virtual experience that leverages project-based learning and group mentorship to explore HR career pathways and develop high-demand skills in a small group setting. Each week, participants will engage with featured HR leaders in Q&A focused on trending HR topics in talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity – equity – inclusion, data analytics, and more. Following these facilitated discussions, participants will work in small groups to complete a short, project-based learning challenge focused on the theme of the week. Each small group will be supported by an HR career mentor.
- Across the four-week program, participants will dive into the world of HR and discover more about themselves and their career goals
- The time commitment for mentees is 90-minutes for four weeks.
- The time commitment for mentors is at least one 90-minute session aligned to a mentor’s career experience.
