Boeing Leader Michael D'Ambrose to Discuss Talent Attraction and Retention at SHRM Talent Conference Expo 2022

Boeing Chief Human Resources Officer will join the SHRM Talent Conference & Expo 2022 as a main stage speaker

Alexandria, Va. — Boeing Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Resources Michael D'Ambrose will join the SHRM Talent Conference & Expo 2022 as a mainstage speaker. The conference will take place April 10-13 in Aurora, Colorado, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.

Live on the Talent Main Stage on April 10, D'Ambrose will discuss how Boeing, a leading aerospace company, continues to evolve its talent strategies to attract, develop and retain a diverse pool of talent in a competitive job market.

"Workforce shortages have created an extremely challenging talent market, affecting companies across the globe," said Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, SHRM president and chief executive officer. "Conference attendees will have the opportunity to hear how Boeing is addressing these challenges and learn from the company's best practices."

D'Ambrose will join the lineup of more than 65 speakers at the conference. Both in-person and virtual attendance will be available. Leaders will discuss how to attract, engage and retain top talent as the world adapts to new ways of working, while providing the tools needed to take strategies, processes and policies to the next level.

"At Boeing, we are working to attract, develop and retain top talent to ensure we have the critical skills we need now and for the future," said D'Ambrose. "We'll succeed by providing the benefits, programs and resources our people need to grow and excel and by enabling everyone to have a great career and a great life with our company."

The theme of the SHRM Talent Conference & Expo 2022 is Cause the Effect, encouraging business and HR leaders to boldly bring about the changes they want to see in the world of work. More speakers will be announced.
