Bay Area Commuter Benefits Program: 6 Easy Steps To Meet The Mandate Of The Bay Area Air District's Regulation 14, Rule 1

Employers with 50 or more full-time employees within the nine-county Bay Area are required to register with the Bay Area Commuter Benefits Program and offer commuter benefits to their employees in order to comply with Air District Regulation 14, Rule 1. We will walk you through the simple enrollment process and answer questions participants may have about the program and compliance.
