About CEO Academy
Established in 1999 and acquired by SHRM in October 2022, CEO Academy offers an intensive learning and networking experience tailored for current and aspiring CEOs and board leaders. In collaboration with The Wharton School, CEO Academy presents a two-day comprehensive strategic learning program that has drawn over 600 current and former CEOs, company directors, and industry leaders from some of the world's largest and most renowned organizations.
With the adoption of the “Chatham House Rule,” executives can anticipate an intimate environment where open dialogue is fostered and the total attendance exceeding no more than 35 participants. We strive to assemble diverse cohorts, welcoming individuals with a wide range of perspectives and talents, fostering an environment where innovation and brilliance can thrive.
