Nicole is the owner of Keane Insights, with experience providing assessments and consultation to social services and nonprofit organizations to help businesses executives and leaders improve company profitability and company culture. Nicole remains current on management research, trends, methods and techniques through her association with various organizations, such as Association of Talent Development, National Speakers Association, and Organization Development Network and her educational experience with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami, a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and studied Organizational Leadership, specializing in Human Resources at NSU at the doctorate level.
