This program inculcates appreciation in managers for coaching along with building skills in performance coaching, counselling and feedback. The program is designed as a learning platform for participants to build a performance culture in their respective organizations.
Program Outcomes
- Building a performance culture in the organization,
- Inspire 'good' employees to greater performance and help average performers to raise bar,
- Guide "problem employees to take accountability for their results and develop solutions to their performance issues,
- Build a feedback system for performance in the organization, helping people to identify their strengths,
- Importance of the role and importance of coaching,
- Be able to coach the good, the average and the below average performer,
- Be more skilled at supporting team members during periods of change.
Content
The modules covered under this program include:
- Feedback – the need for it, how to give and receive it,
- Different between feedback and review,
- Coaching and the skills required for it,
- Coaching top performers and difficult people,
- Using performance standards and managing mistakes and below average results.
