The program establishes an understanding of using the Performance Management process to align individual and organizational objectives. It also provides an insight into the deployment of business goals at both the team and individual level.
Current and potential performance management system designers and business HR partners facilitating and executing the performance plan are the key audience for this program.
Program Outcomes
- Facilitating line managers in providing effective performance feedback and coaching to the employees
- Understanding inter-linkages between performance management and other processes
- Identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions to various issues that may arrive during performance assessment
- Understanding design considerations when implementing a Performance Management System

- Ongoing Progress Review and Performance Coaching
- Performance Assessment and Reward
- PMS Design and Deployment Considerations
All SHRM PDPs have pre-determined recertification credits
