The focus of the program is to help professionals identify the source of conflicts at the workplace and help develop skills to resolve conflicts. The program emphasizes the importance of persuasive communication in resolving conflicts.
Program Outcomes
- Confront difficult situations and work to resolve tough issues,

- Find out ways to unlock/ remove obstacles and influence others to get work done,
- Make the right trade-offs and balance resources to deliverables.
Content
The program addresses the following 3 modules:
- Understanding conflict and understanding own style of handling conflicts,
- Conflict Management Styles,
- Systematic approach to Conflict Resolution.
