Client is India’s third-largest private sector conglomerate. A dominant player in sectors such as viscose staple fibre, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbonblack, chemicals, fertilisers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services.
Situation/Scope
The recognized the need to upscale their entry level HR professionals for which it partnered with SHRM for the delivery of trainings. The training was held in multiple batches and covered over 100 early career HR professionals
