Leading Indian conglomerate engaged in energy, petrochemicals, textiles, retail and telecommunications. Ranked amongst the Global Fortune 500 World’s Biggest Corporations and amongst the Top 250 Global energy Companies.

Situation/Scope

The organization recognized a need to develop their HR Business Partnering skill set and also enhance their knowledge / application of various HR topics at the workplace. It thus partnered with SHRM to design a customized workshop. This intervention covered ~ 220 employees .
