Situation/Scope
The organization recognized a need to develop their HR Business Partnering skill set and also enhance their knowledge / application of various HR topics at the workplace. It thus partnered with SHRM to design a customized workshop. This intervention covered ~ 220 employees .

- Pre - Workshop: Pre-reads and online assessment
- Live Workshop: HRBP experiential workshop – fully customized
- Post Workshop: Action Learning Project was designed, facilitated and assessed
