As COVID-19 stay-at-home orders are being lifted and more employees are returning to the workplace and resuming business operations, it can be challenging for HR professionals to know what they need to enforce and what they can’t as they prepare their post-pandemic plans. 

This program will discuss what you can and can’t enforce to ensure compliance. Beyond compliance, the session will also identify best practices for HR professionals for managing tracking and reporting on key areas they can enforce, including social distancing and personal protective equipment orders; temperature and health checks; sanitation, cleaning and disinfection; and workforce contact tracing. 

The session will conclude with a discussion on the key benefits related to monitoring, tracking and reporting on areas impacted by the pandemic.
