2020 has seen the arrival of major changes in equity compensation design pressures. Amidst a backdrop of increased pressures to attend to environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations in equity compensation design, companies now also need to be aware of new changes to the Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) quantitative pay-for-performance screens for this year, primarily surrounding the incorporation of Economic Value Added (EVA) metrics.

This panel discussion will provide an in depth examination of current trends in granting practices and incentive design, and help you understand how your company stacks up against industries and trends in the market, while also providing you with tips and best practices on how to manage the competing forces at play in the executive compensation landscape this year.
