About the Presenters: Joelle Allen runs Interaction Traction, Inc., an equity and inclusion strategy firm that helps organizations expand and engage audiences across all identities be it race, culture, gender and non-binary, differently abled and neurodiversity. Allen helps client partners gain traction internally by training, developing and maintaining a diverse workforce and externally for positively managing communications and marketing channels with audiences in ways that are innovative, relevant and culturally inclusive.

Elizabeth McLean serves as GoodHire's general counsel. She is an FCRA-compliance attorney and expert in the background screening legal landscape. McLean previously worked as an attorney for Hirease, where she honed her risk-mitigation skills and provided compliance guidance to gig economy customers such as Handy and Uber.

Jaci Sanchez is the people operations manager at Fountain, the high-volume hiring platform for the global workforce. There, she leads both talent acquisition and people operations. Sanchez initially joined Fountain in 2017, starting as a recruiting consultant. She began her career in HR at The Fairmont Grand Del Mar, a five-star resort. Sanchez is passionate about fostering inclusive cultures and growing high-performing teams.
