Promises of a digital HR transformation first began as far back as 1995, but the way we manage people hasn’t changed all that much — yet. The tech tools available to HR leaders have helped make the administrative functions of HR faster and more nimble. Using digital platforms, we can pull employee records, review payroll information, sort through job applications and receive anonymous engagement survey results instantly.

But ultimately, the way we manage HR hasn’t changed all that much. While a lot of previously manual functions are now digital, HR leaders are generating massive amounts of data without any meaningful way of utilizing that data to inform better workforce strategies. All this new information can lead to better HR decisions, but simply having data doesn’t mean that organizations have valuable insights.

The 2010’s saw an onslaught of new vendors and tools, all promising to make your HR faster, better and smarter. Most of them delivered on the first two. People analytics has been the only tech innovation to truly deliver the promise of “smarter”. Analyzing HR data from multiple sources, people analytics give organizations the ability to understand how their workforce impacts their strategic business goals. In 2020 and beyond, HR leaders need to design holistic data policies to drive meaningful change, and scale the strategic value of HR.

In this program, you’ll learn:

  • Five HR technology trends you’ll need to know for 2020 and beyond
  • How people analytics is creating more strategic HR leaders
  • The steps to take to begin cleaning up your existing data
  • What you can do today to get a headstart
