As we continue to face the challenges of 2020, organizations are having to make critical changes to ensure business continuity and support their people in new ways. At the height of remote work and quarantine, Qualtrics launched the Global Resilience Study, which included responses from over 17,000 employees about the factors most impacting their experiences. The results crystallized findings that we've seen before, but never at this scale, that during times of disruption, your people want to be heard and need to be a part of the solution. When leaders put their people first and show up with transparency in their decision making, engaged and resilient workforces follow.

In this program, you'll learn about:

  • Key insights from the Global Resilience Study
  • Key factors that influence employee experiences, engagement and resilience during times of change and disruption
  • Steps HR leaders can take to keep an engaged workforce
