An accomplished event and program management leader, DeSousa has more than 15 years of experience helping Citizens to engage employees and create a high-performing culture. He leads the company’s recognition program and is a passionate believer in expressions of gratitude as a performance driver. He also leads more than 150 events for over 18,000 colleagues and oversees 300 yearly engagement forums, bringing senior level executives and employees from all levels to discuss company progress.
