Employee health and safety must be at the top of HR’s agenda. Whether it is recruiting and retaining talent or maintaining productivity and morale, nothing positively affects the employee experience more than ensuring your people feel physically and psychologically safe at work. As employee safety impacts nearly every strategic goal and objective of the HR function, HR leaders at every organization should be involved in safety discussions and lead safety initiatives.

In this program, you will learn:

  • How a focus on safety will ensure business continuity, maintain morale, and improve employee performance, loyalty and retention
  • Why it’s imperative that organizations be prepared for emergencies, whether they occur in office or while employees are working remotely
  • HR's role in ensuring their organization is prepared and able to communicate effectively during emergencies
