About the Presenters: 


Catrina Harding serves as GLG’s CHRO and has worked at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy over the course of her multidecade career. Prior to joining GLG, she served as senior vice president of human resources at Synchrony, formerly a division of GE Capital, and has held senior human resources roles at major global companies, including U.S. Steel, GE and Ford.

Chris French is Workhuman’s executive vice president of customer strategy, overseeing the end-to-end experience for current and future customers. He plays a key role in many critical aspects of Workhuman’s business operations, including customer success, customer experience, strategy and consulting, research and analytics and the Workhuman Certified program. French routinely advises leadership teams at many of the world’s largest organizations on building cultures and achieving measurable results by creating more human workplaces. He has spent the last 10 years helping companies engage their employees on a global scale while delivering real business value. Prior to Workhuman, French held executive roles at companies including Prinova, Inc. (now Messagepoint), Achievers and Buck.
